押尾祥子の背景

助産師とナースプラクティショナーとしてシアトル近郊の日本人女性の健康を見守って２０年になります。ベルビューのオフィスで産婦人科を開業しています

精神科のナースプラクティショナーの資格も取ったので、これまでの産婦人科の経験を生かして、女性に特有な心の悩みや病気の相談・治療を行っています。

 

I'm a certified nurse-midwife, trained and educated both in Japan and the US. Now retired from deliverig babies, providing women's healthcare in Bellevue. I am also a psych-mental health NP who specializes in mental health of women related to the  reproductive cycle.

WHAT I'VE DONE
これまでの経歴

日本では、聖路加看護大学を卒業して、看護師、助産師の資格を持っています。母校で三年ほど教えていたこともあります。アメリカでは、ボストン大学で看護教育・研究の修士号を取得し、ワシントン大学で看護学の博士号を取得しました。オレゴンヘルスサイエンス大学でアメリカの助産師の資格をとり、カークランドやシアトルの病院で産婦人科の臨床に携わってきました。

 

 My experiences includes clinical midwifery including hospital birth, gynecological care, teadhing undergraduate and graduate students, writing and tranlating OB and nursing books.

WHAT I DO
診療内容

診療時間は月曜日の午前9時から1時まで、水曜日の夕方4時から8時まで、土曜日の午後2時から7時までとなっております。

お産は扱いませんが、妊婦検診を妊娠32週まで行い、お産はご希望の病院に紹介させていただきます。そのほか、母乳外来、婦人科検診、性病の検査・治療、更年期症状の相談治療、不妊症相談なども行っています。女性に特有な心の問題も扱っています。

 

Nadeshiko Women's Clinic is a small intimate clinic, taking care of women' health issues. Services include annual women's check-up, testing and treating STDs, prescribing birth control methods, initial screening of fertility testing, pregnancy care, lactation consultation, postpartum care. Recently added women's mental health care in my practice.
